Paste a Tny access token. Sign in to Account Chief (Tny's account service) and open API tokens (account.chief.app/api/tokens), or for a team use the team's settings > Team API access tokens. Create a token with the tny scope, or with tny:links:write and tny:domains:read, and copy it. It is shown only once.

You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
- Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
- Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.

What can the AI do in Tny?
The AI can create short links with an optional custom slug, domain and comment, delete short links by slug or ID, and set or remove a link's social media preview. It can list the shared domains, follow any shortened URL to its final destination, and read your user profile and team.
Does the AI see my Tny credentials?
No. Your Tny access token is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save it, it is not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can leave out the delete tools if you only want new links. Deleting a short link is permanent and the short URL stops working, so you can require your approval before it runs. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT, open Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced, turn on Developer mode and add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?

Which scopes does the Tny token need?
Create the token in Account Chief with the tny scope, or with tny:links:write and tny:domains:read. For a team, create it under the team's settings > Team API access tokens so the links belong to the team.
