Ask your AI how your team's calendar time was spent, and it pulls the data from TimeTackle. It can export calendar events with durations and tags for a date range, a team or a set of calendars. It can also list your calendar groups, tags and export jobs, and create or rename tags.

Questions
What can the AI do in TimeTackle?
The AI can export calendar time data with events, durations and tags, and list calendar groups, tags and scheduled export jobs. It can create new tags and rename a tag or change its colour.
Does the AI see my TimeTackle API key?
No. Your TimeTackle API key is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save it, it is not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Creating and renaming tags changes what your team sees in TimeTackle, and both can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?

Do I need to ask TimeTackle for API access?
Yes. Tackle API access must be switched on before you can create a key. Email [email protected] to request it. After that, an Owner or Admin can generate the key in Tackle Developer Settings.
