Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose RingCentral Webinar from the app list.

Paste your key
Create your own RingCentral app and sign in once. In the RingCentral Developer Console, click Create App and choose REST API App with the 3-legged OAuth flow and refresh tokens. Add the redirect URI https://pipmcp.com/oauth/callback, the scopes Read Webinars and Edit Webinars, and set access to Private. Paste the Client ID and Client Secret, then connect with your RingCentral login.

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
1. Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
2. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
3. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

Questions

What can the AI do in RingCentral Webinar?

The AI can list and read webinars, sessions, registrants, invitees, participants, recordings and past webinar history. It can update webinars, reschedule sessions, open or close registration, change invitee roles and cancel a registration.

Does the AI see my RingCentral Webinar credentials?

No. Your RingCentral Client ID and Client Secret and the sign-in tokens are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Cancelling a registration stops that person's join link, and changing an invitee's role emails them an invitation by default. Those actions can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

RingCentral Webinar connects with OAuth, and OAuth connections need the PipMCP Pro plan or above. PipMCP also has a free plan with no credit card, but it does not include this connection. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own RingCentral account. PipMCP is not affiliated with RingCentral.

Why do I have to create my own RingCentral app?

RingCentral signs you in through an app registered in its Developer Console. With your own private app, you decide the scopes it gets, here Read Webinars and Edit Webinars, and the access belongs to your account. You paste its Client ID and Client Secret into PipMCP and sign in once.
