Paste three things: your Eloqua host as shown in the browser address bar after you log in (for example secure.p03.eloqua.com), your username as company name, a backslash and user name (for example COMPANYX\user1), and your Eloqua password. Use a dedicated API user where possible.

What can the AI do in Oracle Eloqua?

The AI can search and read contacts, accounts, contact fields, shared lists, segments, campaigns, forms, form submissions, email assets and custom objects, and list a contact's activities. It can create and update contacts, accounts, shared lists, custom object records and email assets, and delete a contact.

Does the AI see my Eloqua password?

No. Your Eloqua credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Deleting a contact removes its activity history for good, and changing email assets affects what you send later. These can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

Can the AI send emails from Eloqua?

No. The AI can create and update email assets, such as the subject, sender and HTML content, but none of its tools send an email. Sending stays in Eloqua, where you run your campaigns.
