Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose Oneflow from the app list.

Paste your key
Paste a Oneflow API token and, optionally, the email of the Oneflow user the AI should act as. In Oneflow go to Marketplace > API tokens, click Go to page, open Custom Integration, then the API Tokens tab and click Generate a new token. Copy it right away, it is shown only once.

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
1. Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
2. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
3. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

Questions

What can the AI do in Oneflow?

The AI can search and read contracts, their parties, data fields, products, files, comments, reminders and activity history, plus templates, workspaces, folders, tags, users and contacts. It can create draft contracts from templates, fill in data fields, add and update participants, send contracts for signing, post comments, schedule reminders and save or update contacts.

Does the AI see my Oneflow API token?

No. Your Oneflow API token is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save it, it is not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start with reading contracts only. Sending a contract for signing emails the counterparties, and comments that are not private are visible to them. Those actions can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Oneflow account.

Why does Oneflow ask for a user email?

Oneflow checks permissions against a user in your account. The email you enter is sent with each call, so the AI acts as that user. Most create and update actions need it. Use the email of an existing user in your Oneflow account.
