Set up in three steps

Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose One Tap from the app list.

Paste your key
Paste your One Tap API key. Sign in to the OneTap dashboard (dashboard.onetapcheckin.com), click your avatar in the top right corner and choose Accounts, then open the API Integration tab to find your API key.

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
1. Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
2. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
3. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

What can the AI do in One Tap?

The AI can search attendance lists, participants and profiles, and read passes, punch passes, profile custom fields and your organization. It can create and update lists and profiles, add and remove participants, check people in and out, undo a check-in, create passes and punch passes, redeem a punch pass visit and send a pass by email or SMS.

Does the AI see my One Tap credentials?

No. Your One Tap API key is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save it, it is not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Removing a participant deletes their attendance record, and sending a pass delivers a real email or SMS. These can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own One Tap account.

How do punch passes work with the AI?

The AI can create a punch pass for a person with a start date, an optional expiry and a limit on check-ins. When someone checks in, it can redeem one visit on the pass by linking it to that check-in, and it can show which check-ins a pass has used.
