It merges 4411 into 4410. The merged profile is deleted, and this cannot be undone.

It deletes the profile by customer ID. This is permanent.

Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose MoEngage from the app list.

Paste your key
Enter your MoEngage data center number, your Workspace ID and your Data API key. In the MoEngage dashboard open Settings > Account > APIs and copy the Workspace ID and the API key from the Data tile. Generate the key only if it is empty, since regenerating it breaks existing integrations. The data center is the number in your dashboard address, for example 01 in dashboard-01.moengage.com. PipMCP asks for the Workspace ID twice; enter the same value both times.

You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
- Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
- Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
- Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.
Questions
What can the AI do in MoEngage?
The AI can look up customer profiles, create and update profiles, and record events for a customer. It can also merge duplicate profiles and permanently delete a profile. It uses the MoEngage Data API only.
Does the AI see my MoEngage credentials?
No. Your MoEngage Workspace ID and Data API key are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, them are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start with lookups only. Merging and deleting profiles cannot be undone, and an event can trigger a campaign that messages the user, so these tools can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?
PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own MoEngage account.
Can the AI send MoEngage campaigns?
No. This connector uses the MoEngage Data API for profiles and events, so it cannot create, edit or send campaigns. An event the AI records can still trigger a campaign you have already set up in MoEngage.
