Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose MailMoo from the app list.

Paste your key
Paste a MailMoo workspace API key. In MailMoo open Workspace > Members, find Workspace API keys and create a key (workspace admins and owners only). Grant the permissions you need and copy the key. It starts with sk_live_ and is shown only once.

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
1. Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
2. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
3. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

What can the AI do in MailMoo?

The AI can list and read campaigns, sequences and metrics, search leads and read their timeline, read inbox conversations and the triage queue, move leads between pipeline stages, set tags and follow-ups, and write notes and tasks. It can also start or pause a campaign, search for prospects, add prospects to a campaign and send a direct message to a lead.

Does the AI see my MailMoo API key?

No. Your MailMoo credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Sending a message reaches a real person, starting a campaign sends messages to its leads, and adding prospects spends credits per lead. These actions can require your approval before they run, and every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own MailMoo account.

Which permissions should my MailMoo API key have?

Only the ones you need. MailMoo gives each workspace API key permissions per area, such as reading campaigns, leads or the inbox, sending messages or moving stages. If the key lacks a permission, MailMoo refuses the call and names the missing permission, on top of the tools you switch on in PipMCP.
