Connect Claude & ChatGPT to LeadSnap
Ask your AI how a business ranks on the map for a keyword, which calls came in this week, or which form leads are new in LeadSnap. It can search contacts, calls and form submissions, read call transcripts, and pull Google Business Profile performance for a location. It can also run a new ranking heatmap and pause or resume heatmap schedules.
Free plan, no credit card. Takes about a minute.
Try asking
“How does Smith Plumbing rank for 'emergency plumber' across town?”
The AI finds the latest heatmap for that business and keyword and reads the grid results, plus the competitors found on the grid.
“Run a new heatmap for 'dentist near me' around our clinic.”
It looks up the location's Google place ID and starts a heatmap with the grid size and radius you give. This uses scan credits.
“Which calls came in for Acme Roofing yesterday, and were any qualified?”
It finds the company, then lists its tracked calls for that day with direction, voicemail and qualified flags.
What your AI can do
Ranking heatmaps
Search heatmaps and schedules, read grid results and competitors, run a new heatmap, and pause or resume a schedule.
Calls, forms and contacts
Search tracked phone calls, form submissions and contacts, read call transcripts, and see a contact's conversations and timeline.
Google Business Profile
List locations and read performance, engagement, Search vs Maps and device split, and the search queries that showed a location.
“What did the caller on call 58213 ask about?”
It reads the transcript of that tracked call.
“How many people found our downtown location on Maps last month, and what did they do?”
It reads the location's appearances, customer actions and the search queries that showed it for that period.
“Show new form leads from this week that are not spam.”
It searches website form submissions by date and spam flag and lists the leads with the company they came in for.

Questions
What can the AI do in LeadSnap?
It can search and read companies, contacts, tracked calls with transcripts, form submissions, ranking heatmaps with competitors, heatmap schedules, citation profiles and Google Business Profile performance. It can also create a new heatmap and pause or resume a heatmap schedule.
Does the AI see my LeadSnap API token?
No. Your LeadSnap API token is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save it, it is not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start with lookups only. Creating a heatmap uses scan credits, and it can require your approval before it runs, like pausing or resuming a schedule. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?
PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own LeadSnap account.
Does running a heatmap from the AI use credits?
Yes. create_heatmap starts a new scan in LeadSnap and uses your scan credits, just like running one in the app. Reading existing heatmaps, calls, leads and reports does not start a scan. If you want to watch credit use, switch create_heatmap off or require approval for it.
