Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose Feefo from the app list.

Paste your key
Enter a Client ID, a Client secret and your Feefo merchant identifier. In the Feefo Hub go to Settings › Connectivity › App Keys, create an App Key with the access you need, then click Details on it to copy the Client ID and Client Secret. The key covers the selected merchant and its sub-merchants. The merchant identifier is shown in the Feefo Hub merchant settings.

You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
- Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
- Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
- Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.
Questions
What can the AI do in Feefo?
It can list service, product and NPS reviews with filters such as rating, period, product SKU, order reference, customer email and unanswered feedback. It can get average ratings and review counts, list ratings per product and register a sale so Feefo asks the customer for feedback.
Does the AI see my Feefo credentials?
No. You paste your Feefo Client ID and Client secret into PipMCP once. Your Feefo credentials are encrypted at rest, never shown to the AI and never shown again after you save them, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools you have switched on.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can keep it to reading reviews and ratings. Registering a sale sends an email to your customer, so enter_sale can require your approval before it runs. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT, open Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced, turn on Developer mode and add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?
PipMCP has a free plan, and you do not need a credit card to start. Paid plans are billed per completed task. You also need your own Feefo account.
Will the AI email my customers?
Only if you let it use enter_sale. That tool registers a sale, and Feefo then emails the customer a request for feedback, optionally on a feedbackdate you set. The review tools only read. Switch enter_sale off, or require approval for it, if you want full control.
