Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose Direct Mail Manager from the app list.

Paste a Direct Mail Manager API key. In Direct Mail Manager open Settings > API keys (app.directmailmanager.com/settings/api-keys) and generate a key for your company. Keys are tied to one environment: a production key only works against the production API.

What can the AI do in Direct Mail Manager?

The AI can search and read postcards, letters, addresses, mailing lists, segments, artwork and your company return addresses. It can create postcards, letters, addresses, mailing lists and artwork, preview artwork, add and remove addresses on lists, update and delete addresses, and cancel postcards and letters before they are mailed.

Does the AI see my Direct Mail Manager API key?

No. Your Direct Mail Manager API key is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save it, it is not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Creating a postcard or letter mails real post and costs money, and cancelling one cannot be undone. These actions can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Direct Mail Manager account, and printing and postage are billed by Direct Mail Manager.

Can I stop a postcard or letter after the AI creates it?

Yes, as long as it has not been mailed yet. The AI can cancel a postcard or letter by its ID, but a cancellation cannot be undone. If you set a send date in the future, you have time to check the mailing first.
