Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose Concord CLM from the app list.

Paste your key
Enter a Concord API key and your Concord organization ID. In Concord click the lightning bolt icon (Automations), select Integrations and open the Concord API section. Click Generate a new API Key and copy it from the pop-up. It is shown only once.

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
1. Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
2. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
3. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

Questions

What can the AI do in Concord CLM?

The AI can search and read agreements, their summaries, fields, versions, attachments, comments, members, activity, approvals and signature status, and download them as PDF. It can also read folders, tags, members, events and your own user. It can create agreements and folders, update agreements, move them between folders and set lifecycle dates.

Does the AI see my Concord API key?

No. Your Concord API key is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save it, it is not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Updating an agreement, which can also move it to the trash, moving it to another folder and changing lifecycle dates can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Concord account.

Can the AI sign contracts or send them for signature?

No. The tools let the AI read signature status and see who has signed and who is pending, but not sign or send an agreement for signature. It can create drafts and update agreements, and you handle signing in Concord.
