Paste a Clicksign Access Token. Log in to Clicksign, go to Configurações > API and click Gerar Access Token, give it a description and click Gerar. Copy the token, and on the same screen link your email to the API and click Salvar e-mail.

You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
1. Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
2. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.

Questions

What can the AI do in Clicksign?

The AI can list and read envelopes, documents, signers, requirements, document events, templates, folders and users. It can create envelopes and folders, upload documents, add signers and requirements, update envelopes, activate them and send reminders. It can also delete envelopes and remove signers if you switch those tools on.

Does the AI see my Clicksign credentials?

No. Your Clicksign credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start with tracking only. Activating an envelope sends signature requests and cannot be reverted to draft, and deleting an envelope cannot be undone, so these can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

How does the AI send a document for signature?

It follows Clicksign's envelope flow: create a draft envelope, upload the document, add the signers and link each signer to the document with a role such as sign. Then it sets the envelope to running, which sends the signature requests. Until then, nothing is sent.
